As a former educator turned therapist, I have gained a deep passion for culture, community, and healing. After spending years in the classroom, I witnessed firsthand how much unspoken emotions weigh young people, and the adults who care for them down. That experience led me to gain insight on the world of mental health. I now offer supports that are rooted in understanding, connection, and beliefs that healings is possible for everyone.

As a BIPOC provider, I honor the importance of cultural identity in the healing journey. Whether you’re navigating life’s waves, working through trauma, or simply seeking a safe place to be seen and heard, I’m here to walk alongside you. I work with youth, young adults, and adults, and I bring authenticity, compassion, and community to every session, because growth isn’t about avoiding the waves, it’s about learning to move with them.
